Level up your handstand practice with this fun 2-hours workshop
Who doesn’t dream of getting that solid handstand? Then join us on January 13th to refine your handstand technique and strengthen your inverted practice. This workshop will mainly offer drills and progressions to strengthen the upper body and gain the necessary strength and flexibility to hit a solid free handstand off the wall.
As we train and work in progression towards a free handstand, we will also explore other inversions like different headstands (sirsasana) and arm balances with great drills and tips that will make your inversions a lot more accessible and fun!
The workshop is beginner-friendly although some yoga and inversion practice is recommended to make the best out of it.
