We will explore the history of this ancient practice and show you how it can help you reduce stress, feel more energised and take time to be present in an ever busier world.
This two and a half hour workshop will guide you through the Sun Salutations, the 6 fundamental standing postures, inversions and closing sequence that are the foundations of every Ashtanga practice.
