Session is facilitated by Eoin, Michael and Paul:

Eoin Daly is an experienced Conscious Connected Breath facilitator and trainer.

Michael Collins is a seasoned business leader, 3 Principles Practitioner and Conscious Connected Breath facilitator.

Paul is a high-performance coach who uses transformational breathwork to help purpose-driven leaders perform at their best. He recently published his first book: 'Breathe Free: A Guide to Your Conscious Connected Breath' and has been featured in The Irish Times and The Currency. For more details see www.paul-reynolds.com
