FREE HIIT Session - Ashtown - Dublin 15 - Saturday 9am
Exercise is more fun when there's more than one.
I'm planning on doing a short workout every Saturday morning at the outdoor exercise stations in Martin Savage Park (across from Plunketts GAA club house) and you're more than welcome to join.
Rough plan is:
5 minute warm up
20 minute high intensity circuit
5 minute warm down
Suitable for any fitness level and all new year resolutioners, operation transformationers and stay off the boozers.
Bring a bottle of water and comfy clothes and share with anyone that might be interested. See you on Saturday at 8.55am!
