Phoenix Park, Dublin 8, Ireland, Dublin, Ireland
Join me for the last forest bathing walk before the end of this year.
We take this time together to learn from nature's wisdom and to turn inwards.
As we move into a new season, just like nature we feel the need to hibernate and rest as our energy changes.
The trees are getting ready to shed their leaves as we transition to Winter.
Just like trees, we too can release something and create space within ourselves.
If you are new to the practice of forest bathing, here some simple guidelines that can prepare you for your immersion in nature.
Forest Bathing is more than simply taking a walk in the forest.
You won’t be walking very far and you’ll spend some time sitting or lying quietly.
The pace is very gentle as I encourage you to really slow down, take time for yourself and focus on your body rather than your head.
Please bring a blanket and wear extra layers for the day.
Meeting point: Park Lane Deli in the lovely area of Chapelizod just beside Phoenix Park.
Meeting time 10.45am
Bus number 26 from city centre
If you drive please consider parking your car in the UPPER GLEN ROAD CAR PARK.
It's very hard to find a spot in Chapelizod unfortunately.
Tickets are non refundable once they have been purchased.
However, in case of the event is cancelled refunds will be issued.
Tickets for Forest Bathing and tea ceremony can be booked here.
