Finding Spaces: An Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation
This full day workshop will introduce the idea of how mindfulness and meditation practices can provide spaces in our days. It is these spaces that can nourish and replenish our body and minds. It is not about adding to our already top heavy days but about intertwining into our existing routines. But it is not a quick fix and it does take practice. The day will have discussion and theory but above all it will have experience of practice and also small practices which, if you choose you can begin to introduce into your lives.
