This Breakfast briefing includes a talk from Philp Coffey followed by a presentation from EMCC Ireland on ISMCP, EQA and EIA support mentoring.
Philip will demonstrate both quantitatively and qualitatively how the Mentoring & Career Development programmes have successfully contributed to the organisational culture in Trinity College Dublin & the Department of Justice and Equality. The programme run in Trinity College Dublin won a HR Champion Leadership Award in 2018.
Philip’s presentation will focus on his experience of running Mentoring & Career Development Programmes encompassing over 500 participants in the past four years. He will share insights in the following areas:

Philip Coffey is a senior HR professional with over 13 years’ private, public, multinational and IBEC advisory experience, Philip brings a wealth of experience in the field of Mentoring, Coaching & Career Development. He has led the design and delivery of Mentoring, Career Development and Coaching Programmes both in the Department of Justice and Equality, and, previously, in Trinity College Dublin. In his current role, Philip is also part of Working Group to open up Mentoring and Coaching programmes for the entire 37,000 staff in the Irish Civil Service. He has also lectured on an ILM accredited Masters in Coaching & Mentoring.
