Dawn to Dusk explores the shifting light and atmosphere of the Irish landscape and seascape, capturing moments from the first light of morning to the stillness of the evening. Inspired by familiar places close to home in Ireland, Miriam's paintings reflect a connection to her surroundings, highlighting the textures, colours and harmonies that define them.

Dowling graduated from IADT, Dun Laoighaire with a degree in Fine Art  She has had a number of solo exhibitions and along with many group exhibitions she is a regular participant at Art Source in the RDS.
