Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian art that martial arts,fuses dance, acrobatics, traditional music and instruments. Capoeira develops core strength, balance, flexibility, coordination and rhythm. It is challenging functional training with many different elements. It attracts people from all walks of life, all ages and all fitness levels, creating a diverse community of practitioners.
