This three-hour ceremony will help us slow down, to open us up, to explore our inner world, to heal and to find peace and calm. When we breathe calmly and deeply everything changes: we feel peaceful, we let go of stress and anxiety, our health improves, we feel blissful and open. When we combine blissful breathing with drinking cacao in ceremony everything deepens: our body releases tension and worry, our mind becomes quiet, we can feel incredible love and compassion. What you'll getOver three hours, you will be guided through a cacao ceremony by Josie using Keith's Ceremonial Cacao. You will be given cacao to drink and Josie will take us on a guided meditation with this beloved and sacred plant medicine. Find out more about ceremonial cacao.
