The Bram Stoker Festival is one of the largest gatherings of vampire fans in the world. It will take place from Friday 25th October – Monday 28th October 2024. The famous gothic festival features a terrifying program of events during four days and nights of deadly adventures. The festival is always held on the eve of Halloween during the October Bank Holiday Weekend.

More people than ever have enjoyed these four days and nights of deadly adventures at Dublin City Council Bram Stoker Festival 2024. The Bram Stoker Festival embraces all things dark and supernatural as well as the legacy of one of Ireland’s most famous writers. It features memorable spectacles on water costume screenings in the dead of night daring theatre performances in evocative churches and other unusual places pop-up Victorian fun parks and plenty of live entertainment.

Highlights and Events

Some of the highlights and events planned for the 2024 Bram Stoker Festival include:

Macnas Parade: Cnámha La Loba:

• The Macnas parade returns to Dublin on Monday, October 28th at 7 pm.
• This year's parade, titled "Cnámha La Loba", is a visual storytelling of the tale of La Loba, the wolf woman who wanders the world collecting bones. 
• The parade starts from Moore Street and finishes on Halston Street, showcasing Macnas' renowned creativity and horror-inspired spectacle. 
• The exact parade route will be revealed a week in advance. 

Other highlights include the immersive "Stokerland" Victorian fun park, a twisted cabaret "Nightmaresville", literary tours, spooky storytelling, and a Gothic masquerade ball.
