We begin with shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) in the serene surroundings of Trinity College Botanic Gardens. Among blooming plants and the peaceful arboretum, you’ll be guided into a calm, restorative experience.

Afterwards, we gather for a soothing herbal tea ceremony, followed by creating your own fresh spring ikebana arrangement—bringing together nature, mindfulness, and creativity.
