About Fibber Magees:

Located just off the top of O’Connell Street in the heart of Dublin City, the venue and bar has been an institution for the city's rock fans since 1979. We’ve had loads of amazing bands through the door since we opened with U2, Thin Lizzy, Machine Head, Biohazard, Agnostic Front, Madball, Every Time I Die, SWMRS, Blaze Bailey, Diamond Head, plus many more, all having played incredible shows in the venue.

To this day, we’re still a rock n’ roll haven for locals and visitors alike, with live bands playing every Thursday - Saturday and rock/alternative DJs playing the best rock sounds seven nights a week ‘till late. Our dive bar is the perfect pre and post-gig spot to kick back, have some pints with your mates, enjoy a game of pool and some pinball in our entertainment area, or head outdoors to Dublin’s largest beer garden that hosts the original VW Camper bar and Europe’s largest outdoor screen.

Dublin’s best rock-n-roll bar is open seven days a week until late, offering drink promos, live bands, and DJs.
