This 8 weeks Kettlebells & Calisthenics Fitness Challenge will teach you the basics, foundations and proper techniques of the hardstyle kettlebell swing, get up and bodyweight training.

The aim is to be able to perform a total of 5000 swings combined with other strength work.

What you get from this challenge:
* Drop at least one clothes size
* Improve metabolism and body composition
* Build strength, increase energy and fitness level

What's included:
* 3 x training sessions a week + one optional bootcamp
* Nutrition recommendations
* 2h Nutrition workshop
