The 5th Transformational Circle is an embodied journey into truth, self-expression, and authentic voice through the Troat Chakra - Vishuddaha.

This circle invites you to explore how unspoken words, suppressed emotions, and held-back expression can become stored in the body — particularly in the throat, jaw, neck, and chest — and how gently releasing them can restore clarity, confidence, and inner alignment.

Through guided breathwork, somatic practices, vocal expression, gentle energy work, and conscious group presence, you’ll be supported to reconnect with your voice as an embodied experience — not just what you say, but how truth moves through you.

This is a space to express without judgment, to listen deeply, and to reclaim the right to speak, sound, and be seen in your authenticity.
