Every week we’ll focus on learning fundamental Asanas to then bring them into a short sequence of flowing movements. Breathing techniques will support the physical practice and will help find more ease in the body and mind. This comprehensive class will help you to relax and stretch tired muscles and find more balance and stability through the body. Every session ends with a prolonged guided relaxation.
