Each course is run by a qualified coach, who will guide you through basic technique, safety requirements and equipment.The full cost of this course is €90, which covers coaches, insurance, hall rental, and use of equipment for the duration of the course. It will run from 19:30 - 21:30 in the sports hall of Pobailscoil Neasáin in Baldoyle.After you reserve a ticket, you will receive an email with a form that must be filled out prior to starting the course.Note: Due to equipment restraints, we can only cater for beginners over the age of 15.
