2026 Catan Irish Cup

We at the Irish Catan Association are delighted to announce the return of the Irish Cup.

Join us for a day of Catan, competition and craic, at the Teachers Club in the heart of Dublin.

Every player is guaranteed three games on the day.

Tournament format:

2 heat games after which we split the field.

• Top 16 enter the semi finals for the coveted Irish Cup!
• Next 16 play for the Irish Plate
• Next 16 are in the Irish Challenge Cup

There are two more cups for the next 32 players to play for too!

Each winner of the semi finals qualifies to play in the final of their respective category and Cash prizes will be awarded to the Irish Cup finalists (top four).

Hot finger food will be available on the day. The event will be held in the function room on the ground floor of the Teachers Club. The bar upstairs is available to you throughout the day.

The Teachers Club is on Parnell Square, just a short walk from O'Connell Street, which connects to most public transport in the city. If driving, the Jervis Shopping Centre and ILAC Shopping Centre have the best offers for full day parking.

The first game will kick off at 10am but you can arrive at the venue from 9am onwards.
