Sweat HIIT Saturdays with Sylvia Diaz
Join personal trainer and fitness instructor Sylvia Diaz, Creator of Fit.with.Sylvia, for a series of HIIT classes that are guaranteed to get your heart pumping! Over the course of four consecutive Saturdays, you will have fun while working to improve your cardiovascular system through the progressive overload technique.
Sylvia will share with us her knowledge of the benefits of HIIT workouts including tips to make the most of it on your own. A nutritious post-workout snack will be provided after each session (suitable for vegans too).
