Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for guests under the age of 2 years.
The slopes are designed for skiers and snowboarders with a skill level of 2 or higher.
Keep in mind, mobiles and cameras are not allowed in the penguin encounter area.
Pregnant women and those with medical conditions such as high blood pressure or back injuries are not permitted to ride the Snow Bullet.
Children must be over 8 years old, 120cm or more in height, and weigh over 30kg, to ride the Snow Bullet.
Adults weighing 120kg or more are not permitted to ride the Snow Bullet.
The penguin encounter is a shared experience with up to 12 other guests.
Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or over.
Helmets must be worn by any guests that are under the age of 13 years.
Cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Variant-specific cancellation policies may apply.
