This workshop is designed to enable teenagers to develop more healthy positive thinking styles using cognitive behavioural techniques and practical strategies to uncover a positive new perspective. Teenagers can be notoriously moody and ‘glass half empty” thinkers. This workshop encourages taking off the gloomy glasses.
Expected outcome from the training:
Identify unhelpful styles of thinking in themselves and others.
Understand the link between thoughts, feelings and what we do.
