Dubai Singers & Orchestra Present Music of the Isles, A celebration of the best of the choral and orchestral works of the British Isles,  in New Covent Garden Theatre in the Mall of the Emirates, at 7.30pm on Thursday 20 November.    Conducted by Musical Director, Howard Wong, some 60 singers and a 30-piece orchestra will make hearts soar with well-loved choral pieces, such as Lux Aeterna (Nimrod) by Edward Elgar, and The Bluebird by C.V. Stanford. Orchestra Leader, Eva Gräsbeck, will perform the violin solo on The Lark Ascending, by Ralph Vaughan Williams, before leading the orchestra and chorus through John Rutter's glorious Requiem, featuring soprano soloist Luana Godwin.
