This intensive teacher training program will cover more than 200 aerial yoga poses, from dynamic and static poses to restorative and regenerative practices, all designed to help you develop your unique teaching style.

• Master over 200 poses including dynamic, static, and acrobatic techniques
• Learn restorative, regenerative, and yin & yang poses
• Understand the pathologies and variations
• Learn advanced aerial poses, extreme stretching, and flow stretches
