DuBois, PA — The 4th Annual Kick the Stigma: A Day of Wellness returns to DuBois on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., bringing together families, athletes, wellness advocates, and community partners for a full day dedicated to mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
Now in its fourth year, Kick the Stigma continues to grow as a signature community wellness festival—creating an inclusive space that promotes education, connection, and action around mental health and overall wellness.
What Is Stigma?
Stigma refers to the negative attitudes, misconceptions, and stereotypes that often surround mental health, physical health challenges, disabilities, and personal differences. Kick the Stigma exists to break down those barriers—encouraging understanding, compassion, and open conversations that help people feel supported and empowered.
What to Expect in 2026:
This year’s event expands its lineup with new and returning activities for all ages, including:

Why It Matters:
“Stigma remains one of the biggest barriers preventing people from asking for help,” says Aaron M. Beatty, Event Organizer and Spokesperson. “Kick the Stigma is about meeting people where they are, normalizing conversations around mental health, and reminding our community that support is available and that no one has to walk this journey alone.”
Community Support & Sponsorship:
The success of Kick the Stigma is made possible through the support of local businesses, organizations, and volunteers. Sponsorship and vendor opportunities are available, with all proceeds staying local to support ongoing wellness and community-based initiatives.
