- **Event Description**: Come get groovy with us and move some Qi (life force energy) at our special event! This gathering will be an opportunity for you to express yourself in free form dance and also to be led in some very basic Qigong and dance movements by Terri Dennis. No dance experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome to modify any suggested movements to accommodate their own physical capabilities.  Terri will be playing a variety of musical genres, including both slow and lyrical pieces, and more upbeat and uplifting tunes!  

We will begin our gathering with gentle Qigong movements and "Pai Da," or body tapping. We will then progress into more invigorating movements, including some lively group dances.  And finally, we will end with vocal toning/chanting with singing bowls to integrate and harmonize all the beautiful Qi energy we have cultivated during the event.  We will also get "primal" with various percussion instruments!  It is sure to be an exhilarating time!

Important Details:  Please wear comfortable clothing for movement, and bring a water bottle.
