Join us for Garden to Jar, a hands-on preserving experience where you’ll turn garden grown produce into beautiful, delicious pantry staples.

Together, we’ll make:
? Peach chutney
? Savoury Plum Sauce
? Strawberry Jam
? Lemon & Thyme Cordial

While our preserves simmer away, the deliciousness continues as we roll up our sleeves to bake sweet scones . You’ll learn to make these from scratch, and then enjoy them along with other tastings. 

You’ll gain essential preserving skills—understanding setting points, safe sterilisation and bottling techniques—plus loads of time for questions, tips, and tricks throughout the session.

✨ You’ll leave with jars / bottles of your handmade preserves  and the confidence to preserve at home.
