Welcome to our in-person event where we will be diving deeper into the world of DS Sector and beyond. At Navigating New Horizons, we listened. Families, professionals, and collaborating partners told us what’s working—and what’s not. This conference, Bridging the Gaps, builds directly on your voices. Together, we’ll turn barriers into blueprints and ideas into action.

Join us at the Dryden Regional Training and Cultural Centre as we continue our journey of exploration and learning. Our objectives are; to deepen understanding of transition challenges and transition services/opportunities in our region, highlight innovative and collaborative practices across education, health, and social services, and provide knowledge and insight around consent and capacity as individuals transition to adulthood. We will also focus on, School-Based Planning, Housing & Service Gaps, and Family & Youth Empowerment.
