A general Plant Based Healthy Vegan Cookery Course suitable for all - from beginners to experienced cooks looking for new ideas and help with our strange vegan ways! We will cover multiple recipes from healthy and quick salads to different ways to prepare and serve tofu. Some delicious soups, a vegan risotto and fish-free sushi will also be covered during this hands-on day of discovery and digesting!
All courses run from 10am -4pm and include plenty of hands-on cooking and plenty of opportunities to test the food! A hand out containing all the recipes and other relevant information will be given to each participant.
Numbers are limited to eight students.
The cost of the courses is €120 for one and includes ingredients and hand-out.
