 (This will help each individual return to a state of balance and equilibrium)
3.	A deep channelled healing for the group.
 (This will offer energy to help transmute lower vibrations and flood you with healing light and love)
4.	A high vibrational goodie bag.

(This will help you with your ongoing self-care and evolution)

6.	And of course, nothing is complete without FUN!!!! 


For the last 25 years, I have worked in holistic health. I have worked with people from all walks of life, and understand that everyone requires time out from the outside world, to show up as the best version of themselves.  When we create a space for quality self-care, we begin to operate from a place of balance, whereby, everything becomes less complicated and life flows with more ease and joy.
