Emei Qi Gong is a four-thousand-year-old system, passed down from generation to generation. It is an ancient teaching, of inner alchemy, but taught with a modern understanding.
It has 12 movements, working on all of your body, helping your body to regenerate.
The 12 movements help to free up your life force energy, get the circulation going, calm the mind, and reach a state of stillness and wellbeing.
The flow of energy within your body is essential, and Qi Gong works in conjunction with the flow. It is very subtle and precise, generating a lot of energy.
Every movement is like a remedy of self-care. It is really beneficial for releasing trapped emotions and energy blockages. Through the release of blockages, the organs are very positively impacted.
During the practice, the mind gets a rest, as the body and heart guides you to a place of overall wellbeing. It opens you up to a fluid flow of life force energy, helping to release stress, elevate your energy levels, boost your immunity, calm your mind and help restore equilibrium!
