The O’Brien family hail from Raheny, Dublin. Mick and Fidelma are both from very musical families and they have passed the love of the music on to their three children, Aoife, Cormac and Ciara, who play an array of instruments and have studied in classical and traditional music, and perform and teach in Ireland and internationally. Mick (uilleann pipes) began his musical education in the renowned Thomas Street Pipers Club in Dublin, while Fidelma O Brien (banjo) was greatly influenced by the renowned Sligo fiddle player Willie Coleman. Join them for a special family concert.
