Essences of Self is a bespoke 3-hour experience, crafted with intention and simplicity rooted in reverence.

Through the sacred slowness of Yin and the immersive depth of Sound, we create space for
introspection, for reflection, and for the remembrance of the wisdom that already lives within you.

These two ancient practices have been used across centuries and cultures as portals back to self.

In stillness, we listen.
In stillness, we reconnect with our inner truth.
It is only in stillness that we truly meet ourselves.

You will be guided to meet yourself with compassion, exactly as you are, not to fix or change, but to remember.
This is a journey inward , a return to the wisdom of self.
