Meath, providing a permanent loving home to over 450 rescued animals.Founded twelve years ago by Declan Bowens and Sharon Dunne from their own home, the sanctuary has grown to care for dogs, cats, goats, pigs, geese, ducks, hens, cockerels, pigeons, turkeys and exotic birds — all rescued, all loved, all cared for around the clock by a team of entirely unpaid volunteers.Every single one of them depends on us — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our dedicated team of entirely unpaid volunteers gives their time, energy and heart to make sure every animal in our care is fed, healthy, safe and loved.Every euro raised goes directly to:Daily food and nutrition for 450+ animalsVeterinary care and routine medical treatmentBuilding and maintaining safe, enriching homes for new arrivalsWant to go one step further?
