Inner Light Retreat

As spring blooms, we are once again reborn to our potential to what we can achieve in this life. Inner Light Retreat is an experiential retreat for spiritually-curious, logic-driven women that are ready to fan their inner flame, and take steps towards a big dream.

This retreat offers a full day opportunity for you to reconnect to yourself, nature, and your dreams. Our two hosts, Kat and Emily, with a combined 25 years of coaching experience, will help you work through blocks or limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from your dream. They will guide you towards action steps and nervous system embodiment, so that you leave the retreat feeling empowered and ready to make your dreams a reality.

Surrounded by driven, intelligent women in a nature filled oasis of wellness-focused luxury, you will experience movement, inspiration, and relaxation for your mind, body and soul.

During this retreat, you will have the opportunity to:

• Intentionally name your dream (whether it is to grow a business, start a movement routine, or fall more in love with who you are)
• Engage in movement to move into a high vibrational state (light pilates, soft strength movements & dance)
• Connect with your soul and develop your intuition
• Meet any blocks that come up with support, with coaches guiding you through to reframed action steps to embody your dream
• Integration in nature with trails, creeks, and cute animals (kangaroos, ducks, alpacas)
• Walking meditation
• Sauna, cold plunge, and yoga studio
• Healing Soundbath to integrate and soften into your new reality
• Eat delicious GF/DF meals, snacks, and mocktails
• Meet like-minded women from the Austin-area and across the country

Our schedule

Saturday, April 18th:

9:30am - 10:00am: Welcome snacks and wellness shots

10:00am - 11:00am: Movement Hour - to help you move into a high vibrational state

11:00am - 12:00pm: Connect to our Soul - guided meditation and intention setting circle

12:30pm - 1:30pm: Nourish Lunch to recharge / mini-exploration of retreat center

1:30pm - 3:00pm: Unblock your Limiting Beliefs & Build Your Reframe Action Plan

3:00pm - 4:30pm: Explore the grounds while integrating your dream state (Optional activities: walking meditation, creek dip or nature immersion, sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, journal, or your own personal time)

4:30pm - 5:30pm: Soundbath Healing by Amanda Gonzales: vibrations to integrate your new embodiment and visualization of your dream accomplished

5:30pm -6:00pm: Closing

About the Property

Madrone Springs Ranch is a pristine178 acre proprty nestled in the heart of hill country. Experience a sanctuary where you can replenish your physical and emotional well-being amid the beauty of nature with 7 miles of hiking trails, a spring fed creek, meditation wheel, and a variety of flaua and fauna. Madrone Springs Ranch offers a fully equipped wellness center that includes sauna, cold pluge, meditation and yoga room, a gym and a large hot tub overlooking the beautiful hills.
