Join The SHIFT Foundation for Hearts-In-Balance, a special Fall Equinox gathering honoring the turning of the season, the balance of light and dark, and the ancient celebration of the harvest.

We’ll gather on the land at Emanation for an evening of invocation, drumming, movement, community, and a shared Harvest Potluck Feast.

At the Equinox, the scales of light and dark find their balance and the harvest comes to the table. Our Hearts-In-Balance Invocation will weave gratitude, community, and intention into a shared moment of celebration, followed by the primal heartbeat of the drums as we feast, move, and make some joyful noise together.

Bring a favorite dish to share for our Harvest Potluck Feast, along with a drum or percussion instrument if you have one. Come hungry, come ready to connect, and help us fill the table with the abundance of our community.
