Farema Trio - music and dance influenced by traditional music from Guinea, Mexico and Columbia blended with elements from Jazz, Pop and contemporary dance.

IZOURAN is a Moroccan experimental pop band instigated by Moroccan multiinstumentalist and song-writter Hicham Ibourk  and Polish percussionist Borys Slowikowski. Together with the Berlin-based drummer Evi Filippou and violinist Penelope Gkika, they work with original material deeply rooted in Moroccan traditional music, exploring its organic experimental potentials.


Die Musik- und Tanzperformances von FAREMA sind primär geprägt von den traditionellen Rhythmen und Tänzen aus Guinea, Mexiko und Kolumbien. In unseren Kreationen lassen wir das traditionelle Material mit Elementen aus dem Jazz, Pop und zeitgenössischem Tanz verschmelzen. Unser Musik ist für Körperpositivität und lädt zum Tanzen und Singen ein.
