Experience films, talks, and discussions that make contemporary workplaces visible and spark new ideas. Featuring the striking festival artwork by Keiko Hoshino, reflecting work as open, evolving, and full of potential.

Seid dabei bei der 38. Ausgabe unseres Festivals vom 14.–19. April 2026! Unter dem Motto „Work in Progress – Wir arbeiten dran“ rücken wir die sich wandelnde Arbeitswelt in den Fokus – von prekären Bedingungen und Routinen bis hin zu neuen Perspektiven und Möglichkeiten.
Freut euch auf Filme, Gespräche und Diskussionen, die Arbeitsrealitäten sichtbar machen und zum Nachdenken anregen. Das Festival wird begleitet vom neuen Artwork der Künstlerin Keiko Hoshino, das Arbeit als offenen, dynamischen Prozess zeigt.
