From there, families will settle in for a short sound bath experience featuring a variety of soothing instruments designed to create a relaxing and engaging environment for both children and adults.After the sound bath, kids will have an opportunity to explore and play some of the instruments themselves while moms connect, socialize, and get to know one another.This experience is designed to be accessible, interactive, and enjoyable for children while introducing simple tools that support relaxation and mindfulness.Please bring yoga mats or blankets to lie on, along with pillows and blankets for comfort. Children are encouraged to bring a favorite stuffed animal to enjoy the experience alongside them.There is a playground and splash pad nearby in case you want to extend the time with your little(s)!Suggested donation: $10 per child (moms are free!)
