- **Event Description**: ⚽ Youth Recreational Futsal - Indoor football played using the FIFA official small sided version of the game known as 'Futsal'.

?️ To celebrate the UEFA Futsal Euro tournament this January and February, I am hosting an introductory Sunday Futsal hour. The aim to encourage young participants to try out an alternative version of football, which is ideal in the winter months with the poor outdoor pitch conditions. With futsal you can play regardless of the weather conditions outside!

⚽ Open to all, to all players of any skill levels. They don't have to be the next Ronaldinho or Messi. Everyone plays!

? We're not a club, we're a recreational platform bringing grass roots players together, for the enjoyment of the game in a fun and safe environment. Even if you play for a Sunday league club you can join in with us.

⚽ Futsal rules & format of this game:-

• Mitre Ball with 30% reduced bounce.
• Overhead height allowed.
• 4 seconds to kick in from sidelines.
• Keeper throws or rolls out instead of traditional goal kicks.
• Keeper only allowed possession of the ball for 4 seconds anytime.
• Once the ball has left the keeper, it cannot return to the keeper unless it crosses the halfway line or touches an opposition player.

⏱️ Duration is 1 hour (warm up practices, 2 x 25 minute halves including a short half time/time out).

⚠️ Players must wear shin guards and suitable indoor footwear/futsal shoes.
