Please have sea salt and baking soda ready for a detox bath as soon as you get home. 2 cups sea salt and 2 cups baking soda. You can add a cup of borax and or apple cider vinegar too. This is step 2 in the EES process....it is essential to detox afterwards! Plus who doesn't love a hot bath!!! If you do not have a tub, get an ionic foot bath or do a sauna. There are premade detox bath salt available for purchase at Stay Tuned Health & Wellness if you need them.
