Maple Sugaring Celebration

Discover the science and tradition of maple sugaring at this interactive celebration. Between 10am and 2pm, with ongoing tours of the sugar bush you will learn about the Sugar Maple, traditional and modern sap collection, and how sap is transformed into syrup. Guests will participate in sap collection, contribute to the boiling process over a fire, and enjoy samples of local maple syrup.

We ask that if you have a group such as scout troops, homeschool groups, or other large party, please book a dedicated tour on Friday, February 28 - our day set aside for large groups, using the registration link here: https://www.peacevalleynaturecenter.org/special-events
