Through breathwork, chakra-focused meditation, intuitive movement, and affirmations, we’ll explore the solar plexus—the body’s center of confidence, self-worth, and personal power. Beginning with grounding practices and guided breathing, we’ll gradually awaken inner light, allowing it to expand through the body and support a felt sense of strength, balance, and embodied ease.
This experience weaves together visualization, somatic awareness, free movement, and reflection, offering space to explore confidence not as something to perform, but something to remember. The ceremony closes with slowing down, integration, and optional card pulls for insight and reflection.
