Journey from Sound to Silence: Sound Bath & Yoga Nidra Experience

This is designed to be a deep dive into a meditative and fully relaxed state. Sarah will use a combination of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, chimes, rain/wave disk, drum and more to guide you into a relaxed state before settling into a guided Yoga Nidra practice to take you into a deeper brain wave state so your body, mind and spirit can fully restore.

These types of practices help to balance the nervous system and your own energy so you feel more relaxed and balanced and able to manage your everyday stress better and better each time you experience something like this.
