This 90-minute Winter Solstice experience begins with a 45-minute immersive sound bath to gently guide the body and nervous system into relaxation. From there, we transition into 45 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra—a deeply restorative meditation that supports rest, release, and inner clarity. Rooted in the energy of the solstice, this journey honors stillness, reflection, and the quiet return of light. Come as you are, get cozy, and allow yourself to truly rest.

This is designed to be a deep dive into a meditative and fully relaxed state. Sarah will use a combination of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, chimes, rain/wave disk, drum and more to guide you into a relaxed state before settling into a guided Yoga Nidra practice to take you into a deeper brain wave state so your body, mind and spirit can fully restore.
