Through spoken word and guided reflection, we will explore the quiet power of poetry to touch places within us that have long been silenced.
The poems shared are soul messages — written to hold space for reflection, remembrance, and release. They carry the intention to help restore what trauma has disrupted, especially for those who know the weight of abuse too intimately.
No writing experience needed — only an open heart.
About the instructor: Simone is a German-born mother of three, a self-published Poet, Entrepreneur, and Holistic Healing Practitioner, who has called London her home since 2000.
