This particular modality of Breathwork (Soma+IQ™️) includes about 30 minutes of exaggerated deep belly breathing at your pace (with a couple breaks in between) to activate your nervous system and allow you to release trapped stress and emotions, followed by approximately 30 minutes of calm, soothing breaths along with calming musical vibes to help reset your nervous system and bring you to a more naturally aligned state.

Craig Miller is a Reiki Certified Sound Healer and Chakra Cleanse Practitioner. Craig has been on his healing journey for over a decade and soon after became Reiki certified. He first discovered sound baths in 2019 and has been participating and studying in sound healing since. His intuitively led sound baths will leave you feeling soothed and realigned with presence and peace.
