Healing Breathwork Journey

Are you stressed? Overwhelmed? Feeling kind of lost? Taking the next steps on your healing journey? This modality of breathwork is an inward journey of healing, reflection, and insight which taps into the innate intelligence within. It includes 30 minutes of exaggerated deep belly breathing, at your pace (with a couple breaks in between) to activate your nervous system and release pent up emotions, followed by approximately 30 minutes of calm, soothing breaths to reset your nervous system, call in more of what you want from life, and bring you to a more naturally aligned state.

Amber Peterson is a Trauma Informed Transformation Coach and Certified Soma+IQ™️ Breathwork Practitioner who utilizes a variety of techniques including inner child, parts, and shadow work, along with breathwork, simple somatic practices, and traditional coaching methods to help you transform your life and come home to yourself.
