Along the way we'll walk sections of the North Downs Way National Trail and the England Coast Path, passing historic landmarks, nature reserves and some of the most impressive coastal scenery in the country.This event is being delivered in partnership with the Kent Downs National Landscape and the North Downs Way National Trail as part of the Putting Down Roots project, helping more people discover and connect with the outdoors.Unlike many of our hikes, this is a point-to-point journey. We'll finish in Folkestone, where participants can choose to spend time exploring the harbour, beach, coastal park and food outlets before making the short train journey back to Dover.While this hike is graded easy–moderate and is suitable for beginners, participants should still be comfortable walking for several hours.
