Together, we'll make fresh summer rolls and add a sprinkle of sunflower seed magic while learning about simple, nutritious ingredients and where our food comes from.Alongside this, children will have the opportunity to plant sunflower seeds in the garden and discover how these incredible plants support wildlife, provide food for birds and insects, and brighten our communities. Little ones can get their hands dirty, sow their own seeds and learn how to care for them as they grow throughout the summer.This session is designed to nurture curiosity, wellbeing and a love of growing through hands-on experiences, creativity and outdoor exploration.We will have our weekly regulars:? Homemade organic food (Good Food For You project)?‍? Mud kitchen & outdoor play? Art table? Toy & book corner? Baby cornerThis event is limited to 25 children. Each child should be accompanied by an adult, and one adult is welcome to attend with multiple children.This session is funded for Dover residents and free to attend (CT16 and CT17 postcodes).A limited number of spaces are available for families visiting outside of Dover at £3 per child + booking fee.Please dress children in clothing suitable for gardening, outdoor activities and messy play.
