We’ll be set up in our usual side room at the Windsor Coffee House from 10am until 4pm, ready to welcome you in for a cuppa and a chat.

Long term health condition psychologist, Dr. Katy Roe, will be joining us for the duration of the day to help answer any questions, along with Ben Melling from the Hospital Youth Service. 

If you want to find out more about the charity and how we can help, or you just simply wish to meet others living diabetes, come along and stay for as little or as long as you like.

We are also hoping to do a lunchtime Walk & Talk along Douglas promenade from 12:30, so fingers crossed for a crisp sunny November day!
