Our peer-led support groups welcome neurodivergent adults from all walks of life.
Held in a calm, sensory-friendly space, we offer a peaceful setting to connect, share experiences, and build understanding with others who truly get it.
All neurodivergent adults are welcome — however, we currently have a high attendance of ADHD and autistic people, so if your experiences are linked to another form of neurodivergence, you might be the first with your condition (for now!).
Please note that no drinks or food will be provided, so if you’d like something to drink, feel free to bring your own.
You don’t need a formal diagnosis to attend — the group is open to any adult who feels they would benefit from talking with others who have ADHD, autism, or other neurodivergent experiences. You’re also very welcome to bring along a supportive friend or family member if that helps you feel more comfortable, even if they aren’t neurodivergent themselves.
There’s no set agenda — it’s simply a relaxed space for neurodivergent adults to share experiences, connect, and help each other feel a little less alone.
